1. Handmade Nature of Products
All items sold by The Tin Nose Shop are handmade in small batches. Natural variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the character of each piece and are not considered faults.
2. Returns (UK & International Orders)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
You must contact us before returning the item
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
3. How to Request a Return
Please contact us via the website within 14 days of delivery, including:

Reason for return
We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue and packaging.

6. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
These charges are non-refundable
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Personalised items
Limited editions explicitly marked as non-returnable

8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
