All items sold by The Tin Nose Shop are handmade in small batches.
Due to the nature of the making process, slight variations in colour, texture, markings, or finish may occur. These differences are part of the character of each piece and should not be considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur between images and the item received.
All sculptures and objects sold are decorative art objects intended for indoor display and are not toys.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Custom items, commissions, or special edition items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
